Apart from my usual design duties at Newj, a major part of my day is spent on troubleshooting and problem solving - which is how I end up with lots of different one time projects like 'What to do with that blank wall in the office?' and 'How should we create the set for an original content video were producing' or just random projects that we don't have a specific team for, but need a designer for.
